1. General Conditions
- 1.1 By accessing or using the Multilab Platform (“the Platform”), users agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- 1.2 Multilab reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on the Platform.
- 1.3 Users who do not agree with these Terms may discontinue the use of the Platform at any time.
- 1.4 Multilab reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or restrict features if any activity is deemed unlawful, harmful, or in violation of these Terms.
2. Account Registration
- 2.1 Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and must not impersonate any person or entity.
- 2.2 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
- 2.3 Multilab is not liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access resulting from a user’s failure to safeguard their account.
- 2.4 Multilab may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate applicable laws, or breach platform policies.
3. Use of Service & Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:
- 3.1 Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- 3.2 Upload malicious files, viruses, unauthorized copyrighted content, or harmful materials.
- 3.3 Engage in reverse engineering, scraping, or tampering with the Platform’s infrastructure.
- 3.4 Upload any content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.
- 3.5 Multilab may remove any content or suspend usage that violates these restrictions.
4. Ordering & Payment
- 4.1 Prices, taxes, shipping fees, and total charges will be displayed prior to order confirmation.
- 4.2 Payment constitutes acceptance of the order and authorizes Multilab to begin production.
- 4.3 Refunds are not provided, except when products are defective due to Multilab’s error.
- 4.4 Multilab reserves the right to cancel suspicious or non-compliant orders.
5. Production Policy
- 5.1 Production begins only after the user confirms the final design (Proof).
- 5.2 The colors displayed on screens may vary from the actual printed product due to device differences.
- 5.3 Multilab is not responsible for errors caused by incorrectly sized files, low-resolution artwork, or files submitted outside the designated print area.
- 5.4 Production times may vary due to order volume or technical constraints.
6. User-Generated Content & Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership of User Content
Users retain full ownership and copyright of any artwork, design files, images, or content uploaded to the Platform. Uploading content does not transfer copyright to Multilab.
6.2 License Granted to Multilab
By uploading content and placing an order, users grant Multilab a limited license to:
- Produce and manufacture the ordered goods
- Store and process files for operational purposes
- Display files within the Platform (back-office, mockups, previews)
- Use files for quality assurance and service improvement
- If opted-in to Marketplace features: display, reproduce, and manufacture products for resale
This license is non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and solely for the purpose of delivering Multilab’s services.It is not a transfer of ownership.
6.3 User Warranty of Non-Infringement
Users warrant that the content they upload:
- Is their own original work or they have obtained proper permissions
- Does not infringe any third party’s rights, including:
- - Copyright
- - Trademark
- - Logos, brands, entertainment characters
- - Portrait or publicity rights
- - Sports team marks
- - Commercial artwork or licensed media
Users are solely responsible for any legal issues arising from their uploaded content.
6.4 Liability for Infringement
- Multilab acts solely as a production service (Print-on-Demand).
- Users accept full responsibility for any claims, disputes, damages, or legal actions related to infringement.
- Users agree to indemnify and hold Multilab harmless from all liabilities, legal costs, or damages arising from their content.
- Multilab may suspend, remove, or reject any infringing or high-risk content.
6.5 Content Removal & Rejection Rights
Multilab reserves the right to remove, refuse, or restrict any content that is:
- Illegal or infringing
- Pornographic, violent, or hateful
- Politically sensitive or inappropriate
- Low quality, corrupted, or unsafe
- Potentially harmful to the Platform or Multilab’s reputation
7. Marketplace (If Applicable)
- 7.1 Users retain full copyright over their creative works sold on the Marketplace.
- 7.2 Multilab will handle production, fulfillment, payment processing, and sales reporting.
- 7.3 Revenue will be transferred to creators according to the payout schedule, after deduction of applicable fees.
- 7.4 Users are responsible for ensuring their content complies with all copyright laws.
- 7.5 Multilab may reproduce the product in unlimited quantities as required by customer demand (Marketplace mode only).
8. Limitation of Liability
- 8.1 Multilab does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation of the Platform.
- 8.2 Multilab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
- 8.3 Multilab’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order related to the claim.
9. Multilab’s Intellectual Property
- 9.1 All platform content, software, databases, UI/UX, logos, trademarks, and system components are the property of Multilab.
- 9.2 Users may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute any portion of the Platform without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
